Our Big Question
In Year 2, each term is driven by a Big Question that links learning across the curriculum. Children revisit the question throughout the term, using knowledge from different subjects to develop and refine their ideas. This helps them make meaningful connections between subjects and understand how their learning fits together. By the end of the term, children can answer the question in greater depth, drawing on evidence from across the curriculum.
